    Karim Bohn joined PATRIZIA Immobilien AG as chief financial officer in November 2015. A business management graduate, he has extensive experience of acting as a CFO in the property industry, having previously held this position at Süddeutsche Wohnen GmbH, Vitus Immobiliengruppe (Vitus Property Group) and the formerly MDAX-listed GAGFAH Group. Mr. Bohn also has a strong track record of working in international finance and capital markets. He was responsible for the finance and capital market activities of the listed European property companies belonging to Fortress Investment Group in London, and also worked in the field of corporate finance and equity capital markets at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London.

    Wolfgang Egger is the founder of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG and his family remains the majority shareholder. For more than 34 years he has been in charge of the company which, today, has approximately 900 employees Europe-wide. Chief Executive Officer of the PATRIZIA Group since 2001, he has since expanded the company internationally with our own people onsite in Luxembourg, UK and Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Spain and the Nordic countries. In 2006 Mr. Egger floated PATRIZIA on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, attracting the attention of major international shareholders. Today, PATRIZIA’s portfolio includes more than 220 institutional investors and over 700 properties worth around EUR 40 billion under management. In 2016, the PATRIZIA Supervisory Board unanimously agreed to extend Mr. Egger’s contract for a further five years until 2021.

    Anne Kavanagh became the fourth member of the PATRIZIA Immobilien AG Management Board in April 2017 and brings 30 years of industry experience. Mrs. Kavanagh joined from AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets where she has spent the last seven years as Global Head of Asset Management & Transactions, Real Assets, leading its asset management, development and transaction teams. She was also on the Management Board and the Global Investment Committee. Prior to this, she carried out leading management roles at a number of internationally recognised businesses including: Managing Director Lazard; Head of Real Estate Europe at Cambridge Place Investment Management and International Director with responsibilities in JLL’s European Capital Markets business. Mrs. Kavanagh holds a degree in Urban Estate Management, is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a Board member of the British Property Federation.

    Klaus Schmitt joined PATRIZIA Immobilien AG in 2003 as Head of Legal Department and was responsible for the business development. Since the IPO in 2006 he has been running the operational business and some holding functions as COO. In this role he is responsible for all operational issues all over the organisation and also oversaw all investments done in the past as well as all M&A transactions and the organic growth in Europe. Previously he worked as lawyer for various companies including Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG, Munich and Siemens Real Estate. Meanwhile he has more than 25 years industry experience. Mr. Schmitt has a graduate in law.

    Erik Beets joined PATRIZIA Netherlands BV as Head of Asset Management in 2014 where he leads the Asset Management team responsible for the execution and realisation of the real estate strategy of PATRIZIA Netherlands. Since 2016, he additionally became responsible for the further development and professionalizing of the Asset Management activities across Europe as Group Head of Asset Management for PATRIZIA. Mr. Beets is a member of the European Investment Committee and several other committees within PATRIZIA. He has more than 18 years of professional experience. Prior to PATRIZIA, Mr. Beets held several senior positions at Vesteda Investment Management, one of the largest Dutch residential real estate investors, and ING REIM (now CBRE Global Investors) where he headed residential property transactions.

    Dr. Marcus Cieleback joined PATRIZIA Immobilien AG in 2008 as Group Head of the Research. The focus of Dr. Cieleback’s work is the risk-return based analysis and comparison of European and global real estate markets and the development of models for forecasting the commercial and residential markets to develop individual investment strategies. Within these analyses, special focus is given to the institutional framework of the markets. Before joining PATRIZIA, he worked for Eurohypo AG as Head of Research and for MEAG where he developed real estate investment strategies and accompanied property transactions. Dr. Cieleback studied Economics at the University of Freiburg und London School of Economics. He achieved his doctorate degree at University of Bayreuth specialising in Real Estate Finance. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences, a lecturer at domestic and international universities and a member of the German Society of Property Researchers. Dr. Cieleback was also a member of the INREV research Committee and is currently member of the Training & Education committee of INREV.

    Borja Goday is Managing Director of PATRIZIA Iberia, responsible for Spain and Portugal, and has more than 17 years of industry experience. Before joining PATRIZIA, Mr. Goday was leading the real estate M&A activities of KPMG for three years and took part in the most important transactions in Spain, including companies, portfolios and asset transactions. From 2004 to 2012, he was part of NH Hotels Group, acting as CEO of Sotogrande, the Spanish stock-exchange listed luxury-residential developer based in Costa del Sol. He started his career at J.P. Morgan in the M&A real estate division in London and O’Connor Capital Partners, a US real estate private equity firm. Mr. Goday obtained a degree in law, a Master in Finance from IEB Madrid and an MBA from IESE Barcelona. Additionally he is a Professor of Corporate Finance in IEB University.

    Peter Helfrich is Head of PATRIZIA Netherlands and Managing Director since 2014. He is responsible for the set-up and development of the firm’s activities in the Netherlands. Mr. Helfrich has more than 20 years of professional experience in the European real estate market (Netherlands, Nordics, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Germany) and a proven track record in retail, office, logistics and residential fund and portfolio management performance for numerous funds, joint ventures and separate accounts on behalf of more than 50 institutional investors. Mr. Helfrich holds a MSc in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam. He is a ULI Retail & Entertainment Council member.

    Dr. Pamela Hoerr, MRICS, is Country Head Luxembourg and Managing Director. She is responsible for PATRIZIA´s Platform Management in Luxembourg. From 2011 to 2016, she lead PATRIZIA´s Asset Management in Germany with EUR 8bn Assets under Management covering all asset classes. Before her career at PATRIZIA, she initiated a Real Estate Opportunity Fund and built up its Asset Management. She also worked at Hudson Advisors and was responsible for the interim management of the largest NPL Deal with EUR 3.6bn face value. During this time, she built up a team in Munich to manage the NPLs/SPLs/PLs. She started her career at Ernst & Young in Real Estate consulting. Dr. Hoerr holds a degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Investments in Seniors’ Housing from European Business School.

    Oliver Kolle, Managing Director and Group Head of Alternative Investments, has 18 years of experience in European real estate and investment markets. He successfully led several large-scale acquisitions and established investment, fund and asset management capabilities. He also developed and implemented reporting standards, led comprehensive operational reorganization and restructuring efforts as well as capital recycling strategies. After his membership in the Supervisory Board of the SÜDEWO, Mr. Kolle is currently Head of the Supervisory Board of the GBW. He started his career 1999 at Merrill Lynch in London. Before joining PATRIZIA in 2012, he was Head of Indirect Investments at IVG Immobilien AG, Head of Asset & Fund Management Real Estate Germany at Babcock & Brown, Vice President at Fortress Investment Group and Transaction Associate at Terra Firma Capital Partners. Mr. ­Kolle studied business administration in Ingolstadt (WFI) and holds a BSc degree in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in London.

    Rikke Lykke - Head of Nordic Region

    Rikke Lykke is the Managing Director of PATRIZIA in the Nordic region with responsibility for the subsidiaries in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. She has more than 12 years of experience within the European real estate business, including various positions as Fund Manager and Director of Acquisitions and M&A. Thanks to her wide range of experience across real estate business functions, she has successfully established an efficient and future-proof Nordic platform where interdisciplinary work is key – locally, regionally and internationally. Since the establishment of the first of the Nordic subsidiaries PATRIZIA Denmark A/S in 2012, Mrs. Lykke and her team have managed to increase the total Nordic Asset under Management more than fivefold from approx. 200 million EUR to more than 1,1 billion EUR. In addition to her position as Nordic Managing Director, Mrs. Lykke has recently been appointed as Head of Corporate Integration leading the pan-European integration in connection with PATRIZIA’s recent acquisitions of Sparinvest Property Investors, TRIUVA and Rockspring. She holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration.

    Etienne Marcot is Managing Director of PATRIZIA France, responsible for PATRIZIA´s operation in France as well as Belgium. He has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining PATRIZIA, he worked for the financial services group Alantra and was CEO of Alantra REIM, where he was responsible for the pan-European real estate Investment and Asset Management division. From 2007 to 2014, he was CEO of STAM Europe, a pan-European, Paris-based independent Investment Management and Asset company. He also held other executive positions in companies specialising in Investment and Asset Management such as La Française REM, Gecina and Constructa. Mr. Marcot is graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies and holds a PhD in Urban Planning.

    James Muir joined PATRIZIA Immobilien AG in May 2012 to establish PATRIZIA’s operation in the UK and Ireland. The firm now has c.£1.5bn Assets under Management across all sectors and has developed more than 500,000 sq. ft. of office and mixed-use real estate. Mr. Muir has industry experience of over 17 years. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, he worked at J.P. Morgan for 12 years. He first operated as a real estate equity analyst where he covered listed real estate companies across Europe. Subsequently, he worked in the real estate investment banking team where he was responsible for originating and advising on M&A and capital markets transactions, including leading the IPO of PATRIZIA in 2006. Mr. Muir graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History.

    Jochen Reith is Managing Director of PATRIZIA Institutional Client & Advisory and has been responsible for the acquisition of German-speaking investors since 2010. As a graduate in Banking Administration he was Head of Institutional Clients at a leading German financial institution for many years. Mr. Reith has more than 15 years of experience in the European real estate and investment markets. He has specialised in special securities funds and in the savings bank sector (corporate and private clients).

    Mads Rude, Managing Director and Operational Head of PATRIZIA Multi Managers (PMM) has 18 years of experience in property investment and fund management. Mr. Rude co-founded the PMM business in 2005, which was formerly known as Sparinvest Property Investors. In October 2017 PATRIZIA Immobilien AG acquired the Sparinvest Property Investors business and it is now a fully owned entity within PATRIZIA. Mr. Rude is part of the Investment Committee and also represents the PMM clients’ interests on multiple Advisory Committees/Investor Boards for investments in Europe. Prior to PMM, he worked for six years at ATP Ejendomme A/S, which is the real estate subsidiary of the largest Danish pension fund, ATP. In 2002, Mr. Rude was one of the founding forces behind the establishment of the European organisation INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles) and is frequently lecturing at different INREV courses. He holds a Master of Science in Economics & Business Law from the Copenhagen Business School (1999) and has participated in the MBA programme at Richard Ivey Business School (Ontario, Canada) as an integrated part of his studies at Copenhagen Business School.

    Philipp Schaper is Group Head of Transactions, responsible for the acquisition and disposition efforts across all use types in Europe. He also occupies the position of Managing Director and Head of Transactions in Germany. Before joining PATRIZIA, he worked as Managing Director and Head of Direct Investments, responsible for a EUR 5bn European on balance portfolio for IVG Immobilien AG. Formerly, he was Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he was in charge of the commercial transactions in Germany for several years. He started his career at LaSalle Investment Management focusing on European acquisitions and capital raising. Mr. Schaper obtained a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Management and a MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics. He is a member of PATRIZIA’s European Investment Committee.
