Wolfgang Egger is the founder of PATRIZIA and still majority shareholder. For over 36 years, he has managed the company, which today has more than 1,000 employees worldwide. Since PATRIZIA's transformation into a stock company in 2001, he has been Chairman of the Managing Board of PATRIZIA AG. Under his leadership, PATRIZIA successfully went public in 2006 and is now listed in the renowned SDAX index. In 2020, Wolfgang Egger was awarded the "European Leadership Award" by the renowned Urban Land Institute (ULI).
