Within the world of real estate, a clear shift to value creation through ESG initiatives is at the front of minds of investors, while those with infrastructure exposure are focusing on the energy transition to grow portfolios. When it comes to ESG, there is an obvious trend towards capturing and using data to drive investment decisions.
