Urban logistics are an essential part of a city’s fabric, with high-quality industrial assets vital for addressing the challenges cities face from rapid urbanisation and decarbonisation.

Capitalising on this trend, PATRIZIA is building a EUR 1 billion portfolio of sustainable last-mile logistics assets in prime sub-markets across Greater London. The GLi platform, which is a joint venture with specialist industrial developer KSP, is delivering modern urban logistics that is supporting a cleaner, greener and more efficient capital city in the UK.

We recently went behind the scenes at GLi’s first Park Royal development to learn more about the platform’s sustainability strategy, its approach to investing in prime locations for occupiers and why its assets are attractive to tenants.
