Konrad Finkenzeller is Head of International Capital Markets at PATRIZIA. As well as holding responsibility for all international fundraising and business development activities at PATRIZIA, he heads up an international team in New York, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Augsburg, Hong Kong, Melbourne and Seoul. Prior to PATRIZIA, Konrad worked for a well-known international property developer and a renowned German financial institution. He gained a PhD in Quantitative Finance at IRE|BS Business School. He also holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance through Henley Business School and completed a diploma in commerce at the University of Regensburg. Konrad is a guest lecturer in real estate valuation at the University of Regensburg (IRE|BS Business School) and the University of Augsburg.
