PATRIZIA Netherlands currently manages over 1 billion euros in investments across the residential and commercial sectors.
In a brief amount of time, PATRIZIA has acquired a highly-diversified portfolio of approximately 5,500 residential units in the Netherlands for co-investments, in which the biggest public-law pension fund in Germany holds shares. This was the largest ever transferred residential portfolio in the Netherlands.
In Q4 2015 PATRIZIA completed the acquisition of two high street retail portfolios with in total 100+ properties, on behalf of a group of German institutional investors. In Q3 2016 PATRIZIA acquired another large diversified residential portfolio with approximately 1,275 units, on behalf of a large German pension fund (separate account). Furthermore, PATRIZIA initiates and manages several other commercial and residential investments in the Netherlands. All investments are based on a buy and hold strategy.
