Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (Section 36 Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Act
(Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz - VBSG))

Unless expressly described otherwise elsewhere, PATRIZIA SE and its affiliated companies do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation board according to Section 36 VBSG.

European Online Dispute Resolution Platform

As of February 2016, the European Commission provides an internet platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution. The so-called OS platform is a central point of contact for consumers as well as companies. Using this platform, disputes arising from purchase or service agreements that were concluded online (e.g. via internet, mobile applications or email) can be resolved out of court. Besides general information on out-of-court dispute resolution, disputes can be submitted for settlement there. You can find the link under https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
