As an investment manager, our independence is the prerequisite for being a strong partner for our clients, offering them a broad range of investment and individual investment strategies.

PATRIZIA’s spectrum covers the acquisition, management, appreciation, and sale of residential and commercial real estate through our own licensed investment platforms. Whether Core, Value, Add or Opportunistic: we are open to different types of use and risk classes in a variety of European countries. Our investment recommendations are always determined by the question of where the greatest added value lies for our clients.

As an owner-managed and bank-independent company, we act according to two principles: the interests of our clients and our real estate expertise. In doing so, we see ourselves as a strong consultant who always offers clients tailor-made investment solutions. We do not support every investment unconditionally. Only when we are convinced of a market, its chances, and its sustainability, we implement a project.

Real Estate – Real Experience – Real Experts: Since 1984, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has been active as an investment manager on the real estate market and has entered many European markets. In individual countries, we are there with local expert teams, who know the specifics of the markets. Our experts’ specialist knowledge also encompasses a very broad spectrum in terms of types of use and risk classifications. We are active in the residential, office, and retail trade sector, as well as in the sphere of care, hotel, and logistics real estate. We want to take advantage of opportunities and increase value – whether for Core, Core Plus, Value Add, or opportunistic real estate approaches.

  • Single Asset Deals

    With our specialists in individual countries and types of use, we have access to highly interesting single asset deals, which we structure for individual investors as well as for investor clubs. With assets such as the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt, Madame Tussauds in London, and the Astro Tower in Brussels, PATRIZIA has made some of the largest transactions in Europe for our clients in the past few years.

  • Portfolio Deals

    With specialised teams in transaction management as well as in the individual types of use, we positioned ourselves very early in the competition for highly complex portfolio deals. With the portfolio purchases SüDeWo, GBW, LEO I and LEO II, as well as CLOUD 9, for example, we were able to succeed in very competitive purchasing processes. The SüDeWo was sold at a profit after a three-year holding period. The other portfolios are managed and they develope according to, or significantly above, the business plan.

  • Fund and Separate Accounts

    Our experts control and manage 40 vehicles across a wide geographic spectrum and across a variety of types of use. We offer all services related to the investment: from acquisition, through asset and portfolio management, to sales through our own licensed investment platforms. In addition to German and Luxembourg vehicles, we are also active in other European countries. Our clients in these vehicles include German and international investors. We offer all current reporting tools, which are tested by insurance companies, retirement institutions, pension funds, savings banks, and cooperative banks.
