Based on the client’s strategic orientation, several levels of outsourcing for performance components are possible:
- Full Service: Launch, administration, management of assets and portfolio – with full service, we mean all of the services required for the entire life cycle of an investment fund.
- Managers or Segment Management: Management of assets and portfolio. Our fund managers not only have sound training and experience in the administration of investment funds, but as a rule they also have special knowledge in asset segments, such as different investment styles like Core and Value Add.
- Service AIFM: PATRIZIA has a high-performing administration team, with many years of experience in linking intra-group funds to their investment platform. Here, we are supported by a strong fund accounting system, as well as a reporting engine with a data warehouse link.
- Fund of Funds Administration: Established processes as well as our IT landscape enable us to handle fund of fund offers in a particularly efficient manner. Thanks to our systems, we are able to generate the closing and tax data required for our clients at various fund levels with process reliability.
Master Funds Administration with Portfolio Supervision: As a provider of master funds, we always see ourselves as a partner to the investor and the asset manager. Moreover, we clearly structure complex buying and selling transactions or structural measures, and depending on the agreed scope of work monitor the composition and implementation of the investment strategy for the investor.
Yield enhancement and retention of real estate assets through a professional and holistic management of the property, with the most consistent exhaustion of the potentials of the property and cash flow as possible: From operative acquisition and sales to optimisation and value appreciation of individual property – our service encompasses all the important steps along our portfolio strategy. This includes ongoing inventory assessments in the form of market and location analyses, process management, as well as the selection and management of the property manager and external service providers. We also support you in modernisation and revitalisation measures, as well as in leasing.
