DGAP-Ad-hoc: PATRIZIA Immobilien AG boost revenues to EUR 128.5 million in the first six month of 2006

In the first six month of 2006, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000PAT1AG3) boosted revenues to EUR 128.5 million.

Revenues were thus more than five times the figures recording for the corresponding period a year ago (first half 2005 EUR 21.7 million). An above-average increase in revenues from the sale of residential property is
the principal reason for this gain.

Since personnel and other operating expenses increased at a substantially lower rate in the first half of 2006, the company was able to report earnings before tax and interest (EBIT) of EUR 25.0 million, against EUR 3.0 million a year earlier.

Net profit of EUR 15.2 million was generated in the first six months of the current fiscal year, against EUR 0.5 million in the first half of fiscal 2005.

PATRIZIA Immobilien AG expects this pattern of growth to continue in the next quarters of 2006.
