Wolfgang Egger is the founder of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG and for more than 30 years has been in charge of the company, which today more than 630 employees Europe-wide. Since 2001 he has been Chief Executive Officer of the PATRIZIA Group.

Karim Bohn (Chief Financial Officer)

Karim Bohn (44) joined PATRIZIA Immobilien AG as chief financial officer in November 2015. A business management graduate, he has extensive experience of acting as a CFO in the property industry, having previously held this position at Süddeutsche Wohnen GmbH, Vitus Immobiliengruppe (Vitus Property Group) and the formerly MDAX-listed GAGFAH Group. Bohn also has a strong track record of working in international finance and capital markets. He was responsible for the finance and capital market activities of the listed European property companies belonging to Fortress Investment Group in London, and also worked in the field of corporate finance and equity capital markets at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London.

Klaus Schmitt (Chief Operating Officer)

After graduating in law, Klaus Schmitt worked as a lawyer for various companies, including Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG, Munich and Siemens Real Estate GmbH & Co. oHG, where he was head of the legal department for four years. After joining PATRIZIA, Klaus Schmitt held the position of Head of the Legal Department from 2003 to 2005. Since 2005 he has been the Managing Director for PATRIZIA's operating business units.
