"The Investment Management Team is the point of contact for all real estate transactions at PATRIZIA. The focus is on the acquisition of new investment opportunities as well as the management and support of transaction processes in both purchase and sale. Our acquisition strategy focuses on both commercial and residential real estate across all risk classes. With the help of clearly defined criteria such as location, property quality, volume, type of use and occupancy rate, we ensure that each acquisition is in line with the overall strategy of our managed national and international funds.
In addition to an exciting and varied day-to-day work, PATRIZIA also offers me an international orientation, which enables me to work across locations with colleagues from different countries and departments. "With Investment Planning & Reporting International Team, a dynamic team located in 4 offices, proficient in 10 languages, we embark the journey of being a seamless connector of asset manager, fund managers, corporate finance professional across whole firm.
Our department is the driving force behind financial literacy and precision. We get our inspiration by meticulously crafting fund budgets, that initiate with input from individual asset managers, than considering structural intricacies and resulting in a holistic and comprehensive fund budget delivered to our Fund Management Team.
At Investment Planning & Reporting International, our focus revolves, around three key pillars: Firstly, we diligently prepare fund budgets, serving as a roadmap for financial success; Secondly, armed with robust budgets, we provide actionable fund performance insights to our Fund Management Team Lastly, we provide investors with a comprehensive and insightful overview of fund via regular and investor specific reports Dealing with our complex and unique funds and the collaboration with all teams at PATRIZIA, especially with Fund Operations, Asset Management and Fund Management make working at PATRIZIA so special."
INFRASTRUCTURE
"The Infrastructure team delivers the full spectrum of equity, debt and listed infrastructure opportunities to clients of PATRIZIA. The ~100 person strong team is spread across several offices in Europe and APAC and represents over 15 nationalities.
Our department manages the entire lifecycle of an infrastructure investment; from identifying attractive opportunities, executing the transaction, managing the asset through our investment period, and finally exiting the investment. It is a dynamic environment, where you gain experience across diverse sectors and the opportunity to work directly with local management teams to grow businesses and assets that are providing essential services for communities.
The infrastructure sector continues to evolve at a rapid pace; investments in energy transition, digital infrastructure, and green mobility – to name a few – are required in order to meet the demands of our current and future global society. What is truly exciting are the opportunities for real estate and infrastructure to converge. In addition to the work we do within infrastructure, the team is focused on working with our real estate colleagues to realise this potential within the broad skillset available at PATRIZIA."

STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS
"What do we do? The mandate of PATRIZIA Strategic Investments is three-fold. We act as PATRIZIA’s in-house ‘investment bank‘, supporting the company in its strategic ambitions by sourcing, structuring, and executing corporate M&A deals and other strategic initiatives. We are also managing the company’s balance sheet deployment, i.e. capital allocation of both strategic and nonstrategic nature. On the real assets investing side, we are managing a number of our private equity mandates and investments and are supporting our flagship funds, working in close collaboration with other business and country units. Strategic Investments team members are currently based in Frankfurt, London and Augsburg.
Why do I like to be a part of the team? To me the most attractive component of this job is the diversity of tasks. Sometimes it feels we are a ‘Swiss Army Knife‘ of PATRIZIA and engage in transactions spanning sectors and geographies. We are looking at opportunities across the globe and in various asset classes. We are usually a first point of contact for our senior leadership when it comes to company’s strategic investment decisions and are involved in shaping its future."
