PATRIZIA France currently manages assets totalling around EUR 1.2 billion. Our assets have profiles ranging from core to value-add, predominantly in Logistics, Offices and Retail. Our activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate.  

As Junior Investment Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role within our Investment Management Team at our location in Paris!

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of new investment opportunities across the Living sector (Residential, PBSA and Alternative Living)  primarily in France and selectively across Europe.
  • Perform comprehensive and sophisticated financial modelling and cash‑flow analysis for core, impact and value‑add strategies
  • Conduct detailed Due Diligence of new opportunities including; Reviewing property documentation, assessing commercial fundamentals, analysing macro and micro trends and deal characteristics, and producing a detailed report supported by market data.
  • Preparation of internal documentation and reports, including top quality Investment Memorandum, Investment Committee approval papers and any other documentation necessary for the execution of the transaction.  
  • Supporting the transaction process and assisting in the preparation of offers letters, Memorandum of Understanding / Heads of Terms, and any other document throughout the deal negotiations
  • Assist and manage Due Diligence process, including reviewing transaction documentation liaising and managing key stakeholder both internal and external - commercial, Legal and Tax advisors –
  • Contribute to the monitoring of financial, operational and strategic KPIs across the portfolio
  • Assist in the execution and optimisation of asset‑level and portfolio‑level business plans
  • Support internal monitoring and reporting processes, including pipeline management and deal tracking

What We Look for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience ideally within financial institution, al estate or similar.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a clear interest in Living real estate
  • Solid financial modelling capabilities and strong Excel proficiency. Familiarity with financial modelling tools (Power BI,) is an advantage
  • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills (Powerpoint, etc)
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment
