As Analyst you will play a key role within the Investment Operations team in our Sydney office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of tailored reporting and advice to our superannuation and pension fund clients
  • Maintenance of performance models, including reconciliation of investment records and implementing portfolio changes
  • Review of unit pricing information, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
  • Assisting with the settlement of direct alternative investment transactions
  • Liaising with clients, custodians and other external service providers

What we look for

  • Tertiary qualification in a business‑related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Studies), demonstrating strong foundational knowledge
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a high‑performing financial institution
  • Proven exposure to environments such as fund management, custodianship, or superannuation funds
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to translate findings into practical outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Consistently high attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,i.e. the ability to work confidently with complex documents and datasets
