Recruiting process
In the following graphic we would like to show you our standard recruiting process. Finding and promoting talent is a high priority at PATRIZIA. Therefore, we do not leave the selection process to chance but follow a standardized recruiting process. Of course, we still retain the flexibility to respond to the specific requirements of a position and adapt the process accordingly.

Our hiring team and the hiring department screen your application. We then get back to you in due course.

Second interview: Get to know other team members and HR. You may be sent a case study.
Third interview: for some posts but not all.

Once you’ve verbally accepted our job offer, we conduct an independent background check, which varies, depending on the country in which you’re hired.
Once all questions have been answered, and you‘ve signed the contract, you are now officially part of the PATRIZIA family. WELCOME!
How will I know if my application has been successful?
The recruitment team reviews all submitted applications. Should your skills, experience and achievements match the role profile, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your application further.
What do I need to provide in support of my application?
Your CV is an important part of your application. A good covering letter outlining why you are appropriate for the role can also help the recruitment team assess if you are potentially a good match. Please also provide the relevant references (school, university, employer references).
How long does the recruitment process normally take?
The length of our recruitment process can vary, depending on factors such as the time of year, seniority of the role and whether or not additional assessment is involved. We will always be transparent with you upfront, indicating how long you should expect the process to take for the specific role you are applying for.
How should I prepare for my interview?
We’d advise you to do as much research into PATRIZIA and the marketplace as you can. This isn’t just useful preparation for the interview, but will also give you more confidence and help you decide whether we’re a good fit for you.
