Dual Study Programme & Apprenticeships
You’re about to graduate from school and you’re looking for ways to start your career at PATRIZIA? We offer the following opportunities:
- A dual study programme combining work experience with a three-year bachelor’s degree in real estate or accounting/controlling.
- Apprenticeships in office management.
Please note that we only offer those programs in Germany. The application process always starts at least one year before the start of the program, usually in September. You can find the open positions here.


Student Work Placements & Internships
WORK PLACEMENT STUDENTS:
Gain exposure to frontline activities and to the day-to-day running of the business as a work placement student at PATRIZIA. We’re regularly looking for work placement students across every area of our business.
INTERNS:
We offer internships across all areas of our business for a minimum of three months. Interns have the chance to discover the industry from the inside, apply their studies, be involved in live projects, and to take personal responsibility.

Degree Thesis
Are you a student looking to write your degree thesis on a topic related to the real assets industry?
If so, whether it is a thesis for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, we can help you. Over the course of your thesis, we provide you with a fixed supervisor in one of our specialist departments to provide you with useful pointers and advice.

Horizons Analyst Talent Programme
Our two-year Horizons Analyst Talent Programme is designed to train and develop the next generation of real assets investment professionals.
Over the course of the two-year programme, held in Germany and the UK, the analyst talent cohort spend six months in four different departments, carrying out operational and strategic tasks as well as independent projects.
Participating departments include Asset Management, Fund Management, Product Development, Real Estate Development, Sustainability and Transactions.
