Transaction Management Analyst (m/f/d)

Job summary
Provides analysis and support for Transactions. Manages, monitors and reports during the transaction pipeline and process.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the Transaction Manager in the purchase and sale of real estate:
- Track and registering new offers to central management information system
- Evaluates property documents, analyses the macro and micro location of the property and delivers market comparable reports
- Analyses of property specific real estate divers, such as rental levels, growth projections, cost prognoses and overall outgoing structure
- Financial / cash flow analyses as part of building the business case
- Contributes to the preparation of (tender) offers, LOI's, etc.
- Active participation in Due Diligence in case of exclusivity obtained on a deal: work with internal teams team and external Due Diligence advisors, Active participation in initial project phase: visits, presentations, construction of project folder, follow-up discussions with brokers
- Prepare teasers and commercial presentations for internal and external use
- Maintain the deal pipeline with current projects studied by Patrizia France
- Regular contact with Pan-European teams will be needed
- Geographic coverage: France
- Asset coverage: residential, office, logistics, retail, other
- Other duties may be assigned
What we look for:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully:
- Strong academic background: Master's degree or equivalent (business school or engineering school).
- Preferably 1 to 2 years related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
