As Legal Counsel (m/f/d) you will play a key role within the Legal team in Frankfurt on the Main, Augsburg, Hamburg, Munich or Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities

• Your responsibilities will consist of providing independent legal support for transactions and projects, mostly of an international nature, in close cooperation with the PATRIZIA investment teams
• The focus will be on complex real estate transactions, real estate financing, M&A transactions and the establishment of investment structures
• In addition, you will support the selection and management of external legal advisors as required for transactions and projects

What we look for

• You have several years of professional experience (at least 4 years PQE) as a lawyer (m/f/d) in an international commercial law firm and/or as an in-house lawyer (m/f/d) in a company
• You have already gained in-depth practical experience in advising on transactions and projects, mostly in an international context (focus: corporate, M&A, real estate and infrastructure)
• It is an advantage if you already have experience in the areas of real estate, project financing as well as financial regulation (preferably knowledge of Luxembourg investment structures)
• Furthermore, you have professional experience in an international environment
• You are qualified as a lawyer with a good grade (preferably in a member state of the European Union or the UK)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are your trademarks
• You are willing to familiarise yourself with new areas of law
• You should have the ability to work collaboratively with a high level of social awareness, and at times under pressure
• You are fluent in business English
