As an ESG Specialist you will play a key role within the ESG team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inform and help to steer the corporate sustainability strategy
  • Disseminate insights and best practices through knowledge sharing and training
  • Driving centralisation and consistency/control of sustainability data
  • Engagement with functions on metrics and data collection
  • Central analysis to support reporting & performance monitoring on sustainability goals
  • Oversight and advisory of tooling (MSCI, CRREM, etc)
  • Support ESG data workflows, procedures, and governance
  • Engagement on fund- and asset-level initiatives and working groups
  • Support coordination of ESG consultancy services

What we look for

  • Demonstrated experience in ESG/Sustainability and familiarity with ESG and sustainability data, frameworks, reporting, and industry best practices, preferably in Real Assets (Real Estate & Infrastructure)
  • Familiar with key standards and initiatives, such as: GHG Protocol, GRESB, TCFD
  • Study or professional certification in (some aspects of) ESG would be desirable
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analytics
  • You like to work in a dynamic and purpose led environment
  • You're ready to take on responsibility and make a positive impact
  • You're motivated by continuous improvement, eager to adapt and try new things
  • Fluent in English; additionally, German language would be an advantage
