Associate – Fund Management (m/w/d)

PATIRIZIA is seeking to appoint an Associate to the Fund Management team.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting one or two Fund Management teams with UK and European mandates across commercial and residential sectors:
- Performing portfolio and fund level analysis and business plan updates
- Assisting with (and eventually managing) quarterly reporting and other client updates
- Assisting with (and eventually managing) hold/sell analyses
- Assisting in asset management activities including loan negotiations, lease renewals/negotiations, development activities
- Assisting transactions (acquisitions/sales) from a fund management perspective
All professionals are actively encouraged to assist in deal (inc. debt) origination and any other business generation opportunities (e.g. new sources of capital or new fund initiatives). They must also have a “can do” attitude and be prepared to help out on projects not necessarily outlined above.
Profile:
- London-based – but able/willing to travel throughout the UK and continental Europe
- Numerate – proficient in Excel with strong real estate fund / transaction modelling skills
- Good communicator – verbal, numeric and literary reasoning
- Team - experience working in a team environment
- Real estate - familiar with core real estate and fund management concepts
- Ambitious – eager to develop
- Initiative – hard working, self starter
- Adaptable – especially culturally
