These are central to providing a working environment in which PATRIZIAns are treated fairly, can perform to the best of their ability and are encouraged to share different views. Our name for these interest groups: PATRIZIA Circles. As well as making it even more enjoyable coming to work every day, joining a local PATRIZIA Circle is a motivating opportunity to enhance your experience as an employee. One member from each local circle also sits on our global PATRIZIA Circle, a unique forum for sharing ideas, escalating issues and scaling up local initiatives. As a result, the ideas provided by local circles can influence the direction of working life for the entire company.
