Our aim at PATRIZIA is to play a central role in actively managing full-service hotel property funds and developing the potential of assets in the long term. While some properties were converted from office buildings into luxury hotels, other hotel purchases form part of established funds offering strong geographical diversification, a broad base of hotel operators and attractive leasehold agreements delivering reliable long-term returns.
