Olympia Pressestadt
(Munich Residential Property Resale)
In 1998, PATRIZIA purchased the Olympia Pressestadt from the Supplementary Pension Fund for the Bavarian Local Authorities. A large number of the 769 one-room through five-room apartments were sold to the tenants. During the Summer Olympics in 1972, the Olympia Pressestadt which is based in the Munich area of Moosach, housed journalists from all over the world. The journalist residence, much admired at the time, has now become an exclusive range of condominiums.

Helmstedter Strasse (Berlin Residential Property Resale)
The five-story residence in Helmstedter Strasse (Berlin) was built in 1911 and consists of 23 units. The units are made up of two-room through five-room apartments, ranging from approximately 51 sqm to around 160 sqm with high, decorated ceilings and individual layouts. The building, privatized by PATRIZIA, is in a central location and around a five minutes walk away from the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping district and downtown Berlin.

These five story buildings located at Eppendorf Mühlenteich (Germany) and acquired by PATRIZIA for the purpose of resale house 43 condominiums. The apartments comprise two-rooms through four-rooms with living space of between around 61 sqm and around 112 sqm, each with one to three balconies and modern features.

This five-story house, built in 1910, consists of 19 one-room through four-room apartments with living space of between 34 sqm and around 119 sqm. A commercial unit, included in the building which PATRIZIA acquired for purposes of resale, is located on the first floor and features approximately 72 sqm of floor space.

(Friedrichshafen Residential Property Resale)
Purchased by PATRIZIA from MTU’s portfolio for the purpose of resale, these residential buildings, divided into ten units, consist of over 171 two-room through five-room apartments. The majority of apartments include a balcony. In May 2008, the 100th apartment within the facility was sold.

Schwielowsee (Potsdam)
PATRIZIA German Residential Fund I invests solely in German residential real estate. In Potsdam, a portfolio consisting of 116 residential units was recently acquired. The total living space of the apartments, which were built in 1996, covers almost 9,000 sqm. As was the case for previous acquisitions, the Potsdam properties were also selected using the “Property Rating System” developed by PATRIZIA which is a rating system that assesses the property based on a number of criteria, in particular the condition of the property, the quality of tenants, the infrastructure and the rentability.
