Wolfgang Egger is the founder of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG and for over 28 years has been in charge of the company, which today has approx. 500 employees nationwide. Since 2001 he has been Chief Executive Officer of the PATRIZIA Group.

After graduating in business studies, Arwed Fischer held several executive positions in industrial and service enterprises. He spent a total of twelve years on the management of listed commercial enterprises, most recently at KarstadtQuelle AG. Since March 2008 he has been a member of the Management Board of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. 

Klaus Schmitt (Chief Operating Officer)

After graduating in law, Klaus Schmitt worked as a lawyer for various companies, including Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG, Munich and Siemens Real Estate GmbH & Co. oHG, where he was head of the legal department for four years. Since 2003 Klaus Schmitt has been head of the legal department at PATRIZIA Immobilien AG and CEO of various operative subsidiaries. He has been a member of the Executive Board since January 2006.
