The Real Estate Share Initiative (IIA) is an initiative comprising German real estate stock corporations whose objective is to strengthen investment in listed real estate companies on the German capital market. Since going public in 2006, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has been a member of the initiative.

Established in 2001, the initiative has since carried out specialist symposiums on an annual basis at which topics relating to the real estate market in Germany are discussed. With talks by experts, company presentations and panel discussions, the conference addresses topical issues within the sector and provides participants with
the opportunity to take part in lively exchanges and discussions.

The 11^th Real Estate Share Initiative conference took place in Frankfurt/Main on October 19, 2011.
