On June 29, 2011, the Annual General Meeting selected Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Munich as auditor for the single-entity financial statements and consolidated financial statements as well as auditor for the review of the 2011 interim financial reports.
