PATRIZIA evolved into a premium real-estate investment company in the early 80s, covering the full value chain across all property markets. Core areas of specialization include:

• Acquisition of residential real estate based on extensive in-house research, property and asset management, individual and en-bloc sales of residential holdings and portfolios for our own or third-party account.
• Revitalization and planning – new developments and sales of apartments and commercial buildings. 
• Investment management – the formation of our own capital investment company in 2006 and the purchase of LB Immo Invest almost doubled our assets under management, up from 2.6 billion euros to pass the 5 billion euro mark. 

We are increasingly focusing on the wider Europe market and directing more and more investments into European residential and commercial real estate. Moving forward, we will be co-investing, investing for our own account and investing for third parties to exploit the potential of the European residential and commercial markets more effectively. In Germany, we are aiming for lasting growth fuelled by privatization, revitalization and project development.
